Two experiences. One private day.
A cenote (say “seh-NOH-teh”) is a natural freshwater pool. Some are open to the sky; others are partly covered or hidden inside caves. Your day pairs Akumal’s sea turtles with Taak Bi Ha, a cave cenote filled with remarkable rock formations.
Your vehicle and guide are private to your group. We collect you from one hotel and bring you back afterwards. Around 4–5 hours, with usual starts at 09:00 or 14:00.

Luis takes photos and video of your experience, included in the price. Memories to take home, without an extra photography charge.

Before you ask
No deposit is required. Pay on the day. Cash or Revolut in Mexican pesos or US dollars can be arranged. Contact us for payment details for your booking.
Tours run every day. Pickup normally starts around 09:00 or 14:00, and another time can be requested. Booking about 2 days ahead is recommended.
Private tours collect from one hotel. Akumal, Bahia Principe and nearby areas are the base zone. Pickup from Tulum, Playa del Carmen and Cancun costs extra. Tell us your hotel and we’ll confirm the total before you agree to book.
Tell us each child’s age so we can confirm the price and which activities are suitable before you book. Ages 6 and over pay the normal rate. Child seats are not available; please contact us to discuss transport and younger children.
People who swim a little may be supported with a buoy and a short equipment and swimming briefing. Tell us honestly about your ability so Luis can check the arrangements for each activity. Contact us if you are unsure.
For more than four people, ask us for a group quote. Share your group size and hotel so we can confirm the rate and transport arrangements.
The swim is planned around seeing Akumal’s wild turtles. As with any wildlife experience, sightings can vary. Ask us about current conditions when you enquire.
Cancellation arrangements are confirmed with your enquiry. Please give approximately one day’s notice where possible.
