Your enquiry details

Contact Josh on WhatsApp or call/text +44 7988 150030 with questions about your details.

Making an enquiry

This website has no enquiry form or online payment. A WhatsApp link opens a draft message. You choose whether to send it. WhatsApp handles messages under its own privacy policy.

Arranging your tour

Josh uses the contact details and trip information you send to answer your questions and arrange your tour. Relevant booking details are shared with Luis, our local partner in Mexico, to check availability, pickup and the activities. Please do not send passport details, card information or medical records.

Keeping and deleting details

We keep enquiry and booking conversations while needed to arrange your trip and answer follow-up questions. You can contact Josh to ask what details we hold or request deletion. Some booking records may need to be kept for legal or accounting purposes.

Website information

We use no advertising pixels or third-party analytics. Your price-guide currency preference is stored in your browser. Our host, Cloudflare, may process technical request information to deliver and protect the website.
